As a former athlete, Soto shared the mental strategies he learned as a competitive baseball player that has helped him be an effective entrepreneur.“I refuse to let myself be afraid of opportunities, and I always put myself out there,” Soto said. “Self-confidence and a strong belief in my abilities have allowed me to be successful.”Soto also discussed his 10-unit development deal with REGYMEN Fitness in the Austin, Texas market, with two of those locations opening during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. While many fitness brands have shuttered due to the pandemic, REGYMEN has prioritized its coach-client relationships to keep customers engaged and coming back.“In both coaching and being an entrepreneur, discipline is extremely important. It’s also about believing in the team you surround yourself with.
