Batteries Plus Bulbs has named their new CEO as former Cabela&rsquo;s president Scott Williams, according to an article on <a href="https://www.chainstoreage.com/c-suite-1/cabelas-veteran-to-lead-batteries-plus-bulbs/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=batteries-plus-bulbs-appoints-cabelas-veteran-scott-williams-as-new-ceo-2708730" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">Chain Store Age</a>. Williams brings six years of experience in the sporting goods segment, and has &ldquo;over 25 years in retail and e-commerce where he held senior management positions with leading companies,&rdquo; the article said.

Williams will replace interim CEO Tom O&rsquo;Hare, Batteries Plus Bulbs&rsquo; previous COO, the article said. &ldquo;O&rsquo;Hare will continue to be involved with the company as a board member, advisor, and shareholder,&rdquo; according to the article.
