Blaze Pizza has launched 300-plus locations in 41 states since its founding in 2012.

Made-to-order pizza franchise Blaze Pizza is coming to Southern Georgia thanks to a deal with “seasoned restaurateur Brandon O’Mahoney,” according to an article in QSR.
The brand launched in 2012 and has enjoyed a meteoric ascent, with over 300 locations and operations in five countries, including operations in major markets like “Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Miami, Boston and Toronto,” according to the article. Blaze’s model utilizes an “interactive open-kitchen format that allows guests to customize one of the menu’s signature pizzas or create their own, choosing from a wide selection of fresh, ‘clean’ ingredients—all for around $8,” the article said. Customer creations are then “fast-fire’d” for 180 seconds, according to the article, and voilà—pizza perfection.
“O’Mahoney grew up in California before making his way to Georgia. He has been in the restaurant industry for 15 years [...] His expertise in restaurant operations, business development and sales, will be helpful in his new venture with Blaze Pizza,” the article said.
