Bo Jackson: The 1851 Exclusive Interview Part 10

Bo Jackson didn’t get to where he is now as a legendary two-sport athlete and successful entrepreneur without putting in a lot of hard work. But as he looks back on his career and ponders where he’ll continue to go in the future, Jackson notes that there are two more elements that have helped him along the way.

“I always think about that pathway. But I know that my grandfather gave me a big piece of him and my mother gave me a big piece of her. And to have both of those ingredients in this mixture — or whatever you want to call it — makes me the person that I am. And it makes me want to succeed,” said Jackson in the tenth and final part of his exclusive interview with 1851 Franchise.

As Jackson continues to move forward in the food business, he’s remaining true to his roots by not taking the concept of “celebrity” too far. What motivated him at first is still what motivates him now.

When asked what makes him happy, he answered, “Never giving up. Success at anything. Period.”
