Bob Evans Restaurants announced a partnership with championship-winning Ohio State University football coach Urban Meyer in a news release on Monday. The Columbus, Ohio-based restaurant chain elected to pair with Meyer, a native Ohioan and fan of the brand, for a multi-channel deal that includes TV spots, radio and digital ads and in-restaurant advertising. Additionally, the partnership will kick off new product launches for ‘The Everything Breakfast’ and ‘Biscuit Bowls’ as the college football season carries on throughout the fall.

"We couldn't think of a better fit for our first Head Breakfast Coach than Urban Meyer. We expect Coach Meyer to bring out the best in us as he comes to the table with a winning attitude, impressive football resume and of course a mutual appreciation for farm fresh quality and hearty breakfast foods. We're ready for whatever play he throws at us," president and CEO Saed Mohseni said in a statement.
