Kenneth Koziol has been named the brand's new chief restaurant support officer.

Chicken and biscuits franchise Bojangles’ “continue[s] to shore up its executive team with industry veterans who’ve worked at high-profile brands,” according to an article in Nation’s Restaurant News.
Kenneth Koziol will join the executive team with 35 years of previous industry experience in roles with Panera and McDonald’s, the article said.
“In this new role for the Charlotte, N.C.-based chicken and biscuits company, Koziol is responsible for supply chain, quality assurance, strategy, menu development, innovation and information technology,” according to the article.
