ANNA, Texas – The Brass Tap, the award-winning upscale American tavern franchise with more than 50 locations, is expanding its North Texas presence with a newly signed lease in Anna. The restaurant will be the sixth The Brass Tap location for franchisee Ridham Bhatt, who owns four locations in Dallas-Fort Worth and one in the Austin area.

The new restaurant will be located along Central Expressway, Anna, Texas 75409, and is expected to open in late 2027. The location will feature The Brass Tap’s signature experience, including craft beer, a curated cocktail program and a chef-led menu built around elevated pub fare.

Bhatt built his career in IT, where he turned trying local craft beer into a hobby while traveling for work. He was a regular at The Brass Tap in Allen, Texas, before he, his cousin Kirat Shahiwala and friend Ravi Patel signed on to bring the brand to the Dallas area. Anna marks the next step in that growth.

“It’s the perfect neighborhood bar and hangout to go to after work to relax or spend time with friends and family,” Bhatt said.

“Ridham has proven what The Brass Tap can do in North Texas,” said Chris Elliott, CEO of FSC Franchise Co. “Anna is a fast-growing community, and we’re proud to support him as he brings his sixth location to life.”

The Brass Tap is part of FSC Franchise Co., a restaurant franchise group that also includes Beef ‘O’ Brady’s and Newk’s Eatery.
