Beef ‘O’ Brady’s CEO Chris Elliot Brings Life Back to the Sports Pub

Beef ‘O’ Brady’s is looking better than ever with new bites, new technology and a whole new look.

Since taking over 10 years ago, Beef ‘O’ Brady’s CEO Chris Elliot has been hard at work at revamping the family-oriented sports pub. The 35-year-old restaurant is taking in a breath of fresh air and reminding its customers why the chain is the best in the business. Beef ‘O’ Brady’s has just begun debuting its modern makeover and customers are loving it, according to Restaurant Business.

“This didn’t happen overnight,” said Elliot according to Restaurant Business. “This has been coalescing over the last three or four years, and now its come together. This has been a rejuvenation of a thousand initiatives.”

When Elliot first hopped on board as the new Beef ‘O’ Brady’s CEO, he said “the brand looked a little old.” Elliot was on a mission to implement some upgrades. Those upgrades included sophisticated fryers, a new POS system, new weekday deals and a separate lunch and dinner menu. The brand also introduced a line of bargain-priced options for Saturday nights and has added delivery as an option for dining, according to the article.

“Because of our name, people tend to think of us as an Irish pub concept,” said Elliott. “When they come into one of our restaurants today, they won’t find an Irish pub.”

Elliot says that the brand plans on opening seven more Beef ‘O’ Brady’s locations in the near future, which is the most since 2012.
