Tampa-based craft beer concept, The Brass Tap, recently opened their doors to the first Colorado location in Colorado Springs at the hands of franchisees Mike and Darlene Warmouth. The bar is home to more than 60 craft beers on tap and more than half of those come from Colorado breweries. The atmosphere is unlike most sports bars - warm and inviting. The reporter really enjoyed the Oskar Blues Brass & Blues Hoppy Saison on his first visit to the tap along with the Red Leg's Blue Nose Brown. He also tried a number of items on the food menu including the pub burger, fish and chips, pretzel bites, chicken tacos and quinoa bowl.
