The Brass Tap Expands Into Massachusetts With Framingham Location
Franchisee Aniruddh “Anir” Patel leads the brand’s first Massachusetts location at 770 Water St. in Nobscot Village.

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. – The Brass Tap, the award-winning upscale American tavern franchise with more than 50 locations, has expanded into Massachusetts with its Framingham location at 770 Water St., Suite 4, in Nobscot Village. The restaurant, the brand’s first in the state, opened this spring under franchisee Aniruddh “Anir” Patel.
Patel and his team bring hospitality experience from nearby Millis, Medway and North Andover. The Framingham location brings The Brass Tap’s signature experience to the Boston area’s western suburbs, with roughly 3,375 square feet of indoor space seating 92 guests and a 675-square-foot patio with room for 44 more. Guests can expect craft beer, a curated cocktail program, and a chef-led menu built around elevated pub fare, plus live music, trivia, sports, and tap takeovers.
“Bringing The Brass Tap to Massachusetts for the first time is a milestone for the brand,” said Chris Elliott, CEO of FSC Franchise Co. “Anir and his team know this community, and we’re excited to see them continue to grow The Brass Tap in New England.”
The Framingham location marks The Brass Tap’s continued expansion into new markets as the brand works with franchise partners interested in bringing its restaurant and bar concept to their communities.
The Brass Tap is part of FSC Franchise Co., a restaurant franchise group that also includes Beef ‘O’ Brady’s and Newk’s Eatery.
