FSC Franchise Co. Reports Mid-Year Momentum with 31 New Signings and 11 Openings Across Beef ‘O’ Brady’s and The Brass Tap

In the first two quarters of 2024, FSC Franchise Co. has seen growth and innovation with new market entries, brand updates, and strategic initiatives.

TAMPA, FL — FSC Franchise Co., the parent company of Beef ‘O’ Brady’sThe Brass Tap and Newk’s Eatery, proudly announced a strong mid-year performance for 2024, highlighted by substantial growth, strategic market entries and exciting new initiatives across its portfolio of brands.

Beef ‘O’ Brady’s has shown great stability, with top quartile stores tracking at an impressive $2.4 million in annual sales. Year-to-date, Beef ‘O’ Brady’s has signed four new deals, opened one new store, and plans to open two additional locations by year-end. The brand anticipates signing five more deals this year.

New initiatives include the testing of a “Bigger, Better, Bolder” daily specials strategy and a steak promotion in the second half of the year. Additionally, a new prototype featuring a family arcade is in development, promising to enhance the customer experience.

The Brass Tap continues to innovate and attract customers, with a top quartile average of $2.1 million. The brand has signed 17 new deals and opened 10 new locations, including a record-setting opening in Marina, California, which generated $110,000 in its first week. 

The Brass Tap expects five more openings by the end of the year and is rolling out a 4.0 remodel and conversion. This next iteration will include enhanced tap wall offerings, such as tapped wines, more domestic and imported beers, and even cocktails. A notable addition is the conversion of a Beef ‘O’ Brady’s location to a Brass Tap with a more bistro-like menu featuring higher-end entrees.

Across both brands, FSC Franchise Co. projects 17 new openings this year, with 14 for The Brass Tap and three for Beef ‘O’ Brady’s. Looking ahead to 2025, the company anticipates 20 new openings, including 15 Brass Taps and five Beef ‘O’ Brady’s, based on the current development pipeline. FSC Franchise Co. also plans to sign a total of 40 new deals across both brands this year, bolstering its growth trajectory.

The year has seen successful market entries in Kingwood, Texas; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Marietta, Georgia; Marina, California; and Eufaula, Alabama. Upcoming openings include locations in Hollister and Anaheim Hills, California; Raleigh, North Carolina; and Lubbock, Texas, further expanding the brands’ footprint.

FSC Franchise Co. is also excited about the performance of its new sister company, Newk’s Eatery, which continues to complement its portfolio.
