Girl Scout Cookie season is in full swing in Colorado Springs, and The Brass Tap in town is offering some craft beer recommendations to wash those cookies down. For the new S'mores cookie, Tiffany Haversack, general manager at The Brass Tap, recommends pairing the cookie with a smoked porter or rauchbier such as the Old Chub brewed by Oskar Blues brewery in Lyons, Colorado. 

"When you mix this malt-forward brew with the light chocolate, graham cracker and marshmallow flavors in the S'mores, you'll find yourself wanting more," Haversack told The Gazette.
