While under Eagle Merchant Partners, Chicken Salad Chick opened more than 100 new units. <a href="https://www.technomic.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=brentwood-associates-expands-its-impressive-restaurant-portfolio-with-chicken-salad-chick-2711506" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Technomic</a> reported that Chicken Salad Chick “saw its sales grow nearly 44% year over year in 2018, with average unit volumes of more than $1.1 million,” Restaurant Business said.
