Buffalo Wild Wings Kicks Off Football Season With New Gaming Experience

Chicken wings, football and games galore––what more could one ask for?

Along with baskets of saucey boneless wings––or bone-in if you prefer––Buffalo Wild Wings is transforming the customer experience by partnering with MGM to deliver the ultimate sports gaming journey, according to WKYC.

As the NFL kicks off its first game September 5, Buffalo Wild Wings thought it was appropriate to announce its plans to give  customers and football fanatics the utmost gaming experience on the same day. Users of the brand’s Blazin Rewards app will be able to participate in a free game called Picks and Props where users will have the chance to win prizes for predicting the outcomes of upcoming NFL games.

Bdubs has been known as the “go-to” place for watching sports and MGM is excited to be a part of growing the restaurant’s overall customer experience and expanding its walls past food.

“Our partnership with Buffalo Wild Wings is an important development in MGM and Roar’s position as the leader in sports entertainment and betting,” said MGM Resorts Chairman and CEO Jim Murren, according to the article.

This new collaboration could potentially spark new partnerships between restaurants and hospitality brands to enhance the customer experience and keep them coming back. It’s all about building brand image these days in order to stay relevant in the restaurant industry.

Many restaurant franchises are in the process of rebranding their biz in order to keep current customers excited and wanting more. Brands such as Jamba, KFC, McDonald’s and Taco Bell are restructuring their menus, restaurant layouts and training programs to appeal to more customers.

Whether you’re in the mood to inhale Honey BBQ glazed wings or cheer on your favorite sports team, Bdubs has got you covered.
