The meatless movement is reaching new heights. On Monday, Burger King began testing the Impossible Whopper, a plant-based patty the QSR chain developed in conjunction with Silicon Valley-based food startup Impossible Foods.

The Impossible Whopper is now available at 59 Burger King locations in and around St. Louis, according to an article in QSR Magazine. The LTO makes Burger King the first coast-to-coast QSR to serve the award-winning, plant-based meat from Impossible Foods, the article notes.

Reuters noted that in accordance with the rollout on April Fool’s Day, Burger King released a fun, hidden-camera-style promo video showing restaurants serving plant-based Whoppers instead of meat to unknowing customers who marvel that they can’t tell the difference when informed.
