FSC&rsquo;s portfolio includes Beef &lsquo;O&rsquo; Brady&rsquo;s, a family sports-themed restaurant offering high quality food in a comfortable and friendly environment, and The Brass Tap, a growing specialty craft beer-focused restaurant and bar featuring over 300 varieties of beers.
