Carl's Jr. Adds Plant-Based Burger to its Menu at 1,100 Locations
The Beyond Famous Star burger will be available at locations through January 31st .
Carl’s Jr. has officially added a meat alternative to menus at over a thousand locations. According to a recent article in Nation's Restaurant News, with this offering the brand has officially become Beyond Meat’s biggest restaurant partner in the nation.
The “Beyond Famous Star” burger will serve as a limited-time offering, available through January 31st. It will be priced at $6.29. Fans can also choose to substitute the meat alternative onto other burgers for an additional $2 charge.
The introduction of this LTO follows a growing industry trend of offering plant-based alternatives.
