In celebration of the unofficial holiday of cannabis, the burger franchise is rolling out a new LTO in the Mile High City on April 20th: a CBD-infused burger.

Aptly dubbed the Rocky Mountain High: Cheeseburger Delight, the burger will be offered at one of the chain’s Denver locations for one day only, selling for an appropriate price of $4.20. In addition to two beef patties, pickled jalapeños and pepper jack cheese, the burger contains about 5 milligrams of CBD extract infused in its Santa Fe sauce.

CBD is quickly becoming one of the trendiest food and beverage ingredients despite its prohibition by the FDA. Carl’s Jr. decided to move forward with the promotion in spite of the regulation, it appears; the bold menu addition makes it the first national fast-food chain to add CBD-infused food to its menu.
