He&#39;s awaiting the final inspections of his shop that&#39;s set to open later this month at the Harrisburg Mall.&nbsp;

Jimy and is uncle Ken each have been in the restaurant business for quite some time and are prepared to continue developing Checkers locations in the area.&nbsp;

According to Jimy, if this first location goes smoothly, the duo is prepared to open more and foresee Harrisburg fitting two more units.&nbsp;
