Young Popeyes Restaurant Manager Chooses Checkers for Growth Opportunity

25-year-old former multi-unit Popeyes manager opens first restaurant with Checkers.

Checkers & Rally’s Restaurants, Inc. The latest member to join the brand’s fast-growing team is Hanif Hashimi, who is slated to open his first restaurant in the Bronx, NY.

At the young age of 25, Hashimi already has experience and has excelled in the franchise industry as the former district manager of ten Popeyes Louisiana Kitchens. During this period, Hashimi led a team that produced record-breaking results within the first week of opening. Having worked his way up to a managerial position over a few years, Hashimi joins Checkers with quick serve restaurant operational skills that will help to ensure his success with the brand.

Based on the growth opportunities presented by Checkers, Hashimi plans to be a significant player in expanding the brand’s presence, and hopes to eventually open multiple locations.

Checkers continues to add craveable menu selections and introduce daring flavors to its fans.
