Shambura was the executive director of marketing at Chipotle, and he also previously worked with Creative Artists Agency, where he worked with brands such as Starbucks and eBay, according to the article. 

&ldquo;He will add tremendous value to MOD&rsquo;s executive team at a critical stage in our growth as we extend our leadership in the fast-casual pizza category and double down on our commitment to make a positive social impact,&rdquo; MOD Pizza founder Scott Svenson said of Shambura, according to the article.
