Fan favorites Belle and Elsa from “Beauty and The Beast” and “Frozen” make appearances that make perfectly shareable photo opportunities as well.The ‘Winter Lights Spectacular’ starts on November 13th this year. He continued, “Last year, about 60,000 people from all over the tri-state area walked down the ‘Winter Lights Spectacular. We added more shows because of the time slots this year.
