Bianco began working with the company back in September and has since been responsible for day-to-day operations. Prior to that, he spent time at Fatburger North America, Long John Silvers and Papa Johns. 

&ldquo;Toni brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Cicis and will provide the leadership and vision necessary to meet our operational goals. He will be an integral part of Cicis&rsquo; future as we continue to transform our business through innovative systems and efficiencies that drive sustainable growth,&rdquo; said CEO Bill Mitchell.

The role was formerly occupied by Jini Foust.
