According to the survey, nearly seven out of ten small-business owners think Trump will positively impact their business, believing that Trump will stick to his campaign promises of deregulation and tax reform. Two thirds of those surveyed wanted to see the Affordable Care Act replaced. However, not all business owners are happy to see Obamacare go, with some claiming their businesses potentially wouldn&rsquo;t exist without it. &nbsp;
