She emphasizes that matching caregivers with clients is a key component of her business approach.Now in her eighth year, she finds deep fulfillment in her work, particularly when caregivers receive heartfelt recognition from the families they serve. “I love having my caregivers complimented by families,” she said. “We’ve had caregivers who have been asked to speak at their client’s funerals.
