The move establishes a new restaurant holding company in CraftWorks Holdings, a 390-unit enterprise with a presence in 40 states.

<a href="https://www.nrn.com/finance/craftworks-acquires-logan-s-roadhouse?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=craftworks-acquires-logans-roadhouse-2708353" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">Nation&rsquo;s Restaurant News noted</a> the enterprise includes Logan&rsquo;s Roadhouse&rsquo;s 204 corporate and franchise restaurants and 189 corporate and franchise restaurants under the CraftWorks umbrella including such brands as Old Chicago Pizza &amp; Taproom, Rock Bottom Restaurants &amp; Breweries, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurants and Big River Grille &amp; Brewing Works.
