Memphis-based <a href="http://lennysfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=crains-dallas-lennys-grill-subs-focuses-in-on-dallas-for-major-expansion-9794" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Lennys Grill &amp; Subs</a> is planning six to eight new locations in North Texas within the next couple of years, according to Lennys&#39; Vice President of Franchise Development Bob Ritter.&nbsp; 
 
&ldquo;We really feel like the demographic certainly meets what we&rsquo;re looking for in locations,&rdquo; Ritter told Crain&#39;s Dallas. &ldquo;The whole metropolitan area is a possibility depending on where the franchisee would like to go.&rdquo; 
 
Sean Fitzgerald, <a href="http://nolimitagency.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=crains-dallas-lennys-grill-subs-focuses-in-on-dallas-for-major-expansion-9794" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">No Limit Agency*&#39;s</a> chief development strategist, shared his insight on how they can succeed in the market.&nbsp; 
 
&ldquo;People are becoming more selective about what they choose to eat rather than just choosing a number on a menu,&rdquo; Fitzgerald told Crain&#39;s Dallas. 
 
Earlier this month, Ritter was personally surveying potential sites while in attendance at Dallas&#39; Franchise Expo.&nbsp;
