According to&nbsp;<a href="https://bit.ly/2OqWtJo?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=creamistry-expands-to-redondo-beach-2707312" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="color:rgb(17, 85, 204)" target="_blank">a recent article in QSR Magazine</a>, the brand&#39;s new location will be owned and operated by Rafiq and Aneela Velji. This is the first of three locations that the franchisees have planned for the area.</div>
