Del Taco is continuing to experience growth in the Southeast. According to a recent release, the Mexican quick service restaurant chain is expanding in and around Atlanta with the help of veteran franchisee Mac Kamara of MK Energy, LLC. MK Energy, LLC currently operated brands including BP, Circle K and Subway. They&rsquo;ve signed on to develop seven Del Taco locations in south central Atlanta, Georgia.

In a release, Kamara said, &ldquo;Our group&rsquo;s operations are based in the Atlanta market with additional locations in Southern California. I&rsquo;ve seen firsthand how Del Taco&rsquo;s winning combination of freshly-prepared food served at a tremendous value creates fans and drives traffic.
