Arkansas Business: Home State Brand Slim Chickens Sees Success

Growing 'better chicken' brand nears 100M in revenue.


Since its founding in 2003, Slim Chickens has grown is many ways as an organization, and it appears things are not slowing down. 

With revenue nearing $100 million, plans in the works for its first international location opening and reaching the milestone of more than 50 restaurants in the U.S., the brand is working to build its team and perfect its operations to continue seeing success. 

“We always wanted to have a large organization," Gordon told Arkansas Business. "That was never in question. It takes a lot of effort and a lot of people, the human capital side. You’ve really got to invest in people. And we’ve learned that lesson, not to our detriment."
