According to the Lansing State Journal, the goal of this initiative is to create career opportunities for driven individuals to join a system that encourages professional growth and development for years to come.
Current TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® President Randy Shacka exemplifies this, as he began with the brand as an intern but continued to work his way up to become a leader within the system.
