Lincoln Journal Star: Brother and Sister Duo Open Right at Home in Lincoln

Raouf and Kadie Agrignan, African immigrants, find opportunity with in-home care franchise

Brother and sister duo Raouf and Kadie Agrignan both have a passion for caregiving, so when it came time to decide on a business to invest in, Right at Home* was a perfect fit. Both immigrants from Africa, the Agrignans came to the U.S. and worked in applicable fields. Raouf, while earning an engineering degree, worked as a CNA, and Kadie worked as a caregiver and earned her degree in gerontology.

The two were presented with the opportunity to buy the Lincoln Right at Home location and were thrilled. They both saw the importance of in-home care - recognizing that many people don't want to relocate to nursing homes - and knew it would be a great investment.

The Agrignans are looking forward to providing top-notch personal care to their clients, according to the Journal Star, and take the responsibility to heart.

"When you go to someone's home to take care of them, you become their family and are part of their life," Kadie Agrignan said.
