Fast Casual: Wingstop landing 70 units in France

Wingstop is planning to venture into its thirteenth international market. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand will be bringing 70 units to France in the next 12 years. The company has partnered with Brescia Investissement SAS to make this goal a reality.

"The Brescia family is passionate about the restaurant business and we believe their efforts will allow us to fully tap into the growing demand for quality chicken in France," said Larry Kruguer, president of international at Wingstop.

The family cites a lack of development within the chicken category in France as a reason for getting involved. Francesco Brescia previously worked as a franchisee for McDonald's to develop several locations the south of France.
