Rajitha Nidadavolu has always been interested in the field of education. During her early career, she worked as an insurance agent in Tampa for nearly 15 years, helping clients make depositions and navigate important financial decisions. Last year, when Rajitha decided to make the leap and head into business ownership, she thought about what kind of tutoring concept she would trust with her own three kids, and Seattle-based Best in Class Education exceeded her expectations time and time again.

“The reason I chose to franchise with Best in Class was because the curriculum they have aligns with the approach I would want for my kids. The brand not only focuses on learning concepts, but the application of concepts to the real world that is so vital to a child’s development and growth,” says Nidadavolu. “I also like that Best in Class offers SAT/ACT prep because I see a demand in the Tampa area for greater test prep options. Being able to offer something for all age groups – from elementary to high school students – is important to me and the future growth of my business.”

Rajitha recently opened her new education center in Brandon, a Tampa suburb, and joins fellow franchisees Dr. Nirjhar Shah and Swarna Pujari, who opened the first Florida location in Tampa-Cross Creek in January 2017.  They also recently opened a satellite center in Land O’Lakes to meet the demand in the region for tutoring services, specifically in Math and English enrichment, private tutoring, and standardized testing help.

Since its inception, Best in Class has continued to place a heavy focus on crafting an all-encompassing curriculum that focuses on every aspect of learning from critical thinking, problem solving and tailored programs that support each child’s unique learning style.   In addition to ongoing curriculum development, Franchisees receive phenomenal marketing and development support from the Best In Class corporate team.

“I was completely blown away by the company and its positive culture. Sharon Peterson, the VP of Franchise Recruitment & Development for Best in Class, answered all of my questions and was very patient and very supportive throughout the entire opening process,” says Nidadavolu. “The entire corporate team were so approachable, proactive and quick to respond when I had questions, and this unparalleled support sealed the deal for me.”

In 2017, Best in Class celebrated reaching 50 locations nationwide and is now looking ahead at expanding its presence in Florida as population growth drives economic development and a greater need for supplemental tutoring throughout the state.

“This is an exciting time for our brand as we continue to grow into new states like Florida and partner with passionate franchisees like Rajitha, Nirjhar and Swarna, who all have the same common goal of helping children achieve their potential and bettering their communities through their business,” says Peterson.

Initial start-up costs range from $62,800 to $121,880, which includes the $35,000 franchise fee. Find out more about franchising with Best in Class at https://www.bestinclassfranchise.com/.
