Continuing to communicate how the franchise model works and its abilities to help small businesses succeed.&nbsp;&nbsp;

What are you most optimistic about in the franchise industry in the next year?&nbsp; 

The importance that many politicians seem to be placing on supporting small business, but this may backfire as many mistakenly do not view franchised businesses as small business.&nbsp;&nbsp;
