Springville Times: Dave Bogart Wins Franchisee of the Year at Wireless Zone's Annual Convention

Dave Bogart, owner of three Wireless Zone stores in New York, was named "Franchisee of the Year" at the brand's 2018 national convention. He recently connected with Springville Times reporter Carlee Frank to talk about receiving this award.

Bogart said in the interview, "At first, I looked at it as a dollar and cents business. But I learned –not as quickly as I wish I had –that it’s actually a people business. It’s not about saving costs and making money –it’s about your customers."
