Domino’s Seeks Local Partners for ‘Paving for Pizza’ Program as it Expands Nationwide
Domino’s pothole paving program is seeking city governments to partner with in all 50 states
What started as a clever ad campaign that offered to fix potholes so carry-out pizzas could arrive home safely has grown into a nationwide initiative for Domino’s since its June debut. Per Adweek, the pizza chain originally had a budget of $100,000 to fix around 20 potholes, but heavy social media traction led to an overwhelming demand that eventually compelled Domino’s to expand the program further. The brand announced the expanded initiative gives customers the ability to nominate their town with a goal of fixing roads in at least one town in each U.S. state.
