Domino’s opened its 16,000th store in Cheektowaga, New York this week, according to an article by Fox Business.

The Michigan-based company, which plans to open over 2,000 new stores domestically over the next decade, has said that more stores will mean boosted sales, increased efficiency and more pizza delivery drivers amid a tight labor market, according to the article.

"This is an incredible milestone for Domino's, and I am beyond excited it is happening in Cheektowaga," said Domino's president and CEO Ritch Allison, according to the article. "We've grown our total global store count by nearly 4,800 stores in the past five years, and we couldn't be more thrilled to commemorate our 16,000th store in the world, right here in New York."
