Dunkin&#39; Brands announced it secured a perfect score on the 2019 Corporate Equality Index, or CEI, a benchmarking survey and report that evaluates the strength of corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality.

<a href="https://www.qsrmagazine.com/news/dunkin-earns-top-marks-corporate-equality-survey?utm_campaign=20190404&amp%3Butm_medium=email&amp%3Butm_source=jolt&utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=dunkin-brands-receives-perfect-score-on-the-2019-corporate-equality-index-2709631" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">Per an article in QSR Magazine</a>, the parent company for franchise brands <a href="http://www.dunkinfranchising.com/franchisee/en.html?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=dunkin-brands-receives-perfect-score-on-the-2019-corporate-equality-index-2709631" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">Dunkin&rsquo;</a> and <a href="https://www.baskinrobbinsfranchising.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=dunkin-brands-receives-perfect-score-on-the-2019-corporate-equality-index-2709631" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">Baskin-Robbins</a> became one of more than 560 U.S. businesses that also earned top marks on the CEI this year.

Administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, the 2019 CEI assesses a business&rsquo; LGBTQ-related policies and practices. This includes non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ community.

&ldquo;We&rsquo;re proud to have earned a perfect score of 100 on this year&rsquo;s Corporate Equality Index, demonstrating our company&rsquo;s strong commitment to diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity in the workplace,&rdquo; David Hoffmann, Dunkin&rsquo; Brands CEO and president of Dunkin&rsquo; U.S, said in a statement. &ldquo;This achievement wouldn&rsquo;t have been possible without the continued leadership and focus of employees across our organization, including members of INspire, our LGBTQ and allies employee resource group.&rdquo;
