El Pollo Loco Picks First Ever Chief People Officer
The candidate is an Estee Lauder veteran.
Former Estee Lauder executive Jennifer Jaffe has been named El Pollo Loco’s first chief people officer, according to a Nation’s Restaurant News report.
Jaffe has an extensive background in human resources and talent development. Previous companies she’s worked for include AT&T and DIRECTV, and she will oversee all human resources functions at the chicken chain.
“Jennifer brings the visionary and authentic leadership needed to help us create a truly amazing culture for our people, who in turn will continue to give our customers the best food and the best experience possible,” El Pollo Loco Holdings Inc. CEO Bernard Acoca said.
