This will allow us to have more time with our family and a more flexible schedule so that we can take family vacations and things like that down the line. Our kids are seven and almost four, so it’s something we want to do now.”&nbsp;Cavalleri spent 15 years as a music teacher before shifting to a role with the Calgary Board of Education. Yamdagni led a successful career as a 3D artist, working with teams to create video games centered around Hannah Montanna, High School Musical, Harry Potter and FarmVille.&nbsp;As they continued in their careers, spending more structured time at work and maintaining a predictable set of tasks, both Cavalleri and Yamdagni’s desire for something fresh grew.
