The franchise that provides expert property management services and solutions was ranked no. 146 in Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2023 Franchise 500® list, as well as the top in Property Management category.
After closing 2022 with its 400th franchise agreement and surpassing 32% growth in system-wide revenue, Property Management Inc. has started 2023 off on yet another high note. The property management franchise was recently named on Entrepreneur Magazine’s 44th annual Franchise 500® list, ranking at 146th as well as placing no. 1 in the Property Management category. This year’s top 500 list had a total of 1,321 brands apply, representing a total of 646,484 units open and operating as of July 31, 2022. However, the companies to make the Franchise 500® ranking were honored and recognized for their exceptional performance in areas such as unit growth, financial strength and stability, and brand power. Property Management Inc. was part of the 38% of all applicants to be ranked on the list.

PMI has continued to steadily grow to become the United States’ largest property management franchise. The brand started 2022 with 361 units, and while adding over 40 new franchise signings throughout the United States this year, simultaneously experienced its impressive revenue growth heading into 2023 to poise itself as a contender for Top Franchise consideration.
