Fast Casual: Bubbakoo's Burritos inks deal to bring the Jersey Shore upstate

The new deal will help the fast casual chain reach its goal of 10 new locations in 2018.

Jersey Shore's Bubbakoo's Burritos will be heading north within the state. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the Mexican chain completed a deal to launch two restaurants, with plans to open the first this coming summer. This agreement will help the brand reach its goal of opening 10 new locations in 2018.

Franchisee Perry Patel says he has "always been an entrepreneur and I saw the ease of operations and knew I wanted to be a part of what Bubbakoo's is doing. I'm thrilled to introduce the Franklin Lakes and Morristown communities to this unique, one-of-a-kind burrito experience."

The brand originated in 2008 and has since grown to nearly 20 locations. Bubbakoo's Burritos prides itself in offering quality food, service and community involvement. The brand offers a menu with traditional fast casual Mexican fare along with more innovative signature dishes.

The initial investment for new franchisees ranges from $161,000 to $423,000.
