According to a&nbsp;<a href="http://bit.ly/2BCFD2B?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=fast-casual-california-tortilla-expanding-in-north-carolina-south-carolina-kansas-2705394" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="color: rgb(17, 85, 204);" target="_blank">recent article in Fast Casual</a>, the brand has signed 10 new agreements that will expand the company&#39;s presence in North Carolina, South Carolina, Kansas.

This surge in growth is attributed to aggressive expansion efforts put into place in 2017. It will bring the company closer to its goal of having 100 open locations in the next three years.&nbsp;

&quot;We have built a great brand reputation and loyal following throughout the mid-Atlantic region. As people everywhere continue to want fresh, quality Mexican cuisine, we look forward to expanding our brand footprint,&quot; said Jim Tisack, VP of franchise development.

California Tortilla currently has 48 open and operating locations, with plans to increase by 10 in 2018. According to the article, the brand has established itself in many non-traditional venues including airports and college campuses.&nbsp;
