Fast Casual: Chicago's Aloha Poké Co expanding across the nation

Aloha Poké Co. may be coming to a city near you. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the Chicago-based brand is set to expand into several states including California, Wisconsin, Florida and Minnesota. The founders initially dreamed up the concept for their brand in California, making this expansion only fitting.

Co-founder Zach Friedlander said, "Los Angeles is actually where we first got the inspiration to bring poké to Chicago, so to be opening multiple West Coast locations is incredibly exciting. It feels very 'full circle."

The brand launched in 2016 and has since opened several locations within its home state. According to the article, Aloha Poké Co. has plans for further development within the city of Chicago.
