Fast Casual: Chicken Salad Chick adds catering director
Industry veteran Barbara Blackwell has accepted the role at the company.
Chicken Salad Chick is expanding its leadership team. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand is bringing Barbara Blackwell on board to serve as catering director. Blackwell will also oversee training for the company's catering managers.
"With Barbara’s catering and marketing expertise and proven track record, we’re confident that her skill set is exactly what we need to elevate our catering program and catapult our brand to the next level," said CEO Scott Deviney.
Prior to accepting the role, Blackwell held the position of catering director for Bruegger’s Bagels. Her employment history also includes Corner Bakery Café, Arby’s and LeDuff America.
