The locations will be run by franchisee Billy Lewis, current president and CEO of Red Letter Hospitality.&nbsp;

Lewis has already opened his first location in Mentor, Ohio. Moving forward, he is planning to add restaurants in Cleveland and Youngstown, Ohio, as well as Erie and State College, Pennsylvania.&nbsp;

The brand is currently undergoing massive growth, having just signed a large franchise agreement in Florida as well. CoreLife Eatery expects to continue at this momentum, with the goal of having 300 open locations within the next five years.
