Cowboy Chicken has officially entered a new market. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand is celebrating the opening of its first California location. The restaurant opened its doors on Monday. 

The brand, which got its start in the 1980s, specializes in rotisserie chicken. Part of the guest experience is being able to view the chickens are they are cooking from the dining section of the restaurant. 

"We are thrilled to bring the legendary wood-fired flavor of Cowboy Chicken to California for the very first time," said franchisee Kevin Roche.
