Creamistry is an ice cream shop with an interesting twist—it features liquid nitrogen. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand recently opened a new location in Downey, California, and has plans to open two more in the next two years.

Jose Ontiveros, owner of the Downey location said, "The brand has experienced wild success throughout Southern California already with Creamistry's premium-quality product and fully customizable combinations, we feel confident that the Downey community will also embrace our concept."

The ice cream is made-to-order and allows customers to choose their base, portion size and additional toppings. It's also flash frozen in front of customers.
