Dickey's Barbecue Pit will be hitting the road in Arizona. According to a recent article in Fast Casualfranchisees Darryl Weaver and Brendan Powers will be introducing a fleet of food trucks to the area. This serves as a new way for the brand to reach consumers in the market.
 
"We truly love to see our franchisees taking advantage of new business trends, especially when they allow us to serve our slow smoked barbecue in new and innovative ways," said CEO Laura Rea Dickey.
 
Weaver and Powers currently own and operate brick-and-mortar locations in Arizona and Delaware. The addition of the food trucks allows the brand to have establish a presence at local events and large venues.
